Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on modality that works with the subtle rhythms of the craniosacral system to support nervous system regulation and whole-body balance. Using light touch, this session helps release restrictions in the head, spine, and sacrum while inviting the body into a state of deep rest and restoration.

This therapy is especially supportive for stress, nervous system overwhelm, headaches, jaw tension, and recovery from emotional or physical strain.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic therapy is a slow, rhythmic, hands-on approach designed to support the body’s natural detoxification and immune processes. This work encourages lymph flow, reduces stagnation, and supports circulation while calming the nervous system.

Sessions may help reduce swelling, inflammation, and fatigue, and can support overall vitality and resilience. The pace is intentionally gentle, allowing the body to respond without strain.

Therapeutic Bodywork

Therapeutic bodywork is a customized, hands-on session tailored to your body’s specific needs. This work may include focused touch, myofascial techniques, and somatic awareness to address areas of tension, restriction, or discomfort.

Sessions are guided by both physical assessment and nervous system cues, supporting pain relief, improved mobility, and greater connection between body and awareness.

  • Enhance your session with optional add-ons designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and integration. Add-ons are available to be layered into hands-on sessions and consultations as appropriate.

  • High-quality topical CBD may be applied to support relaxation, ease muscular tension, and reduce inflammation.

  • Warm stones are used to increase circulation, soften tissues, and encourage deeper relaxation.

  • Gentle, IFS-informed coaching to support emotional awareness and nervous system regulation alongside body-based work. This can be a great bridge in connection mind body and spirit.

  • Therapeutic sound is used to calm the nervous system and deepen integration of hands-on work.

  • Guided breathing techniques to support grounding, regulation, and embodied awareness during your session.

  • A gentle, non-invasive add-on that works with the body’s energetic field to support balance, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.
